If you are a Sponsor, Exhibitor, SBIR Winners’ Showcase Participant, Conference Staff, Network Employee, or federal SBIR Agency representative that has paid an Agency
“Exhibitor and Registration Fee” or a “Sponsorship Fee,” you will need a Conference Code to complete your registration.

Cancellation Policy
Before April 18, registrants needing to cancel will receive a refund minus a $50 penalty. 

From April 18 to May 15, half of paid registration will be refunded.

No refunds will be given after May 15.
